Job Description

 

1. Responsibilities

Applicant should be able to lead an entire project including digital marketing strategy planning, production, and operations in all LIFESOUND businesses. Applicant shall also be required to prepare and launch a new digital marketing business division

  • Space Rental Business: Prepare marketing data to be used for photo rental studios (Studio TERRANOVA) and event spaces (OPRCT), aiding both businesses in increasing customer numbers.

  • Music Business: Prepare marketing data to be used by our record label “SWEET SOUL RECORDS”, for sales and promotion, and planning and implementation of advertising strategies for affiliated artists

  • Media Business: Planning and implementation of advertising strategies for Yoyogiuehara area media “ACT LOCALLY”

  • Planning and implementing advertising strategies for various events

2. Business Startup

This position offers the opportunity to become a core member involved in launching a new business model within the Music Division.

  • Assist in launching a new digital marketing business model within the Music Division Applicant will work with a highly qualified team to get the new digital marketing business model up and running. LIFESOUND has a very high demand for digital marketing in each of its businesses, which will create a challenging environment in various areas.

Qualifications

 

[Prerequisite]

  • Digital marketing strategy development experience

  • Promotion of PDCA work from planning, implementation and analysis improvement on Google Ads, and Facebook / Instagram advertising operations

  • Standard knowledge of advertising listing, advertising display, and website creation

  • Digital advertising effectiveness analysis and report writing experience


[Other Desired Qualifications]

  • Fluent English

  • Knowledge of music Digital Service Providers and Social Network Services

  • Management experience

  • Event planning and proposals

  • Prior business startup experience

[Salaries]

1. Regular employees

  • Manager: monthly income of ¥280,000 ~ ¥400,000 + bonus twice a year

  • Leader: monthly income ¥230,000 ~ ¥280,000 + bonus twice a year
    *Salaries based on the above established ranking

  • Annual income range: ¥3,500,000 ~ ¥7,000,000 or more
    *Additional ability and experience taken into consideration

2. Other: Outsourced or contract worker

  • We are flexible in regards to outsourcing and contract work (If you work as a regular employee at another company, please ensure that you are allowed to have a side job).

Flextime system ・Standard working hours: 8 hours per day, 1 hour break period per day

Selection Process

 

[STEP 1] 
Resume Submission

All resumes will be screened and only those applicants who qualify will be contacted for an interview


[STEP 2] 
Interview

Applicant interviews with staff, managers, and representatives shall be held once or twice (if necessary).


[STEP 3]
1-Day Internship

If necessary, the applicant will be requested to perform a 1-day internship at the company for further assessment (transportation expenses will be reimbursed)


[STEP 4]
Interview

This casual interview will be held with the applicant either in the office or over lunch


[STEP 5]
Offer

Applicant will be notified of any offer at which time the final conditions will be negotiated
